Panama Canal Super-Widening Project Enough to Pay for Federation Into Latin America

Could a policing endeavor into Mexico be funded by an ancillary Panama Canal widening that would help cover costs over the long term.

Our refineries will take a while to transition away from the coasts and into the inland in a more logical location right next to our oil (bearing in mind the new research that shows that oil is a renewable resource generated from fission reactions deep in our earth's mantle and core).

In the mean time, we have alot of humanitarian efforts to be made into Latin America, both to offset our wake from our paradoxical secessionary progression here in the States, which caused other nations to run lean in the short run so that humanity could conquer this ancient beast of a tender issue fraud, endemic to the new old technology of liquid currency, much like plagues brought on by our progression out of the animal world in turn forced humanity to overcome disease through clean medicine.

We have to remember that we only got the long straw in this process and that our surviving breathren in these other nations who got the shorter straws are still our brethren and deserve our rescue with the light of our accomplishment in our understanding of secession's mechanism in-for the future of federal hegemony throughout the page's of the future's history.

We need to get to them ASAP and increase the American diplomacy in order to encourage slow transitioning through the legal systems of their own governments. The logic is simple, federation is a synonym for coherent, which is a synonym for good...and so any government in the world claiming to be good should be able to to legally directed into a federal direction, in turn unifying with other nations.  Those who don't could be persuaded by policing actions, which should begin with intellectual infiltration and espionage.  If illegalities are detected, then policing action could be authorized by congress, secretly or not.  If no illegalities are detected, that would also be of interest, because we could have some sort of anomaly wherein, much like our being retrograde for secession's ultimate purpose was concerned.  Perhaps their such a situation had created an extenuation worth investigating, or perhaps stimulating in some way, but of the lesser cause none the less, but still vital (there should be plenty of policing to go around otherwise).

Drug and human sex slave trafficking's prevalence in these countries are offering the perfect innuendo to prosecute actions in the interest of constitution, and in fact, we should consider the extenuation of Secession as rendering actions which are normally criminal as decent, if not being requited alone only by it and therefor best at all, which in turn would mean that the recent starvation and corruption of the world at the US's doing was in fact excusable to a certain degree, which in turn would mean that any criminal networks in those countries which were empowered by our counterintuitive decline in order to bring net gains in the future, were moreso likely than done done so with an expectation for those networks to participate in the overall federal processes due henceforth.

What that would mean would be that to the complementary degree that what occurred in those countries to their detriment on our watch, must be repaired by us in the best way possible, which by the previous token would not exclude actions that normally would be frowned upon, in any respect, bad or good, depending...giving us a sort of red light go for the final solution for world unity.

Some countries might need policing, then others might simply need funding or trade an infrastructure projects, or a mixture of all and perhaps more. There are so many issues on the horizon, yet the main one will be some sort of centrally compatible web based forum style governmental database and user system for court and goverment processes tied to voting and eGov accounts that is managed by the people using polygraph backed certification processes for the maintenance of.  These systems could be funded by the US per-emptively in a way designed by international federal officials to be forward-compatible, which should help spur momentum.

With other operations occurring that momentum should meet in the middle and burn at both ends.  Another end would be infrastructure projects such as a massive widening project for the Panama canal, which of course would entail building a whole new superwide canal adjacent to the existing one.  Private boats and smaller ships could use the old one and the new one could accommodate supertankers that cannot fit through, plus room to grow.

We need to move the world to micro-rebar if we ever want to see true megastructures.  We also need to see laser tunnel drilling and the use of HHO explosives.  Drilling laser tunnels would take months and not years to complete, several adjacent laser drilled tunnels could be filled with pressurized HHO gas from electrolyzed water for a fraction of a fraction of the cost of TNT per explosion.  The use of micro-rebar could begin by tunneling water injector tunnels down to the depth of the lowest explosion tunnel perpendicularly, dotting the landscape.  A water/explosive gas mix could be pumped in in order to facilitate the removal of dirt by wetting the soil, and by simply using large pump ships, water could be pumped in, the loose exploded mixture liquefied and then pumped towards the ships which would float on a kind of thick sludge along with pump and dredging ships which would use the buoyancy of the mixture to facilitate a very simply suctioning process through a network of giant tubes and pumps suspended underwater going far out to sea, which could be emptied in deep water away from shipping channels, and even in a way that could build an underwater ecological zone and an artificial island chain for residential and business property much like the UAE's manmade mega-islands.

All of this could be powered by offshore windfarms towed in by barge, and hooked directly to the dredge and pump ships and pumps and electrolyzers.  Most of the work would be automated, with very little cost per cubic yard of soil removed.  A mega-canal could be made ready in just a matter of months if done right.  Building the canal gates and locks would be very much simplified and expedited by the use of micro-rebar concrete, taking perhaps a tenth of the over all cost and time with twice the strength.

The money we could save ourselves would be considerable if we went about our promulgatory work towards a better world with federal attention in mind, seeking to remedy the world's woes as our federal duty, by being the opposite of what we have done hitherto, whilst taking the lessons learned of how it was done so well the other way around in just the decade prior.

There were many infrastructure projects put in place in all of these nations, yet the key crux that brought them down were not the actual facilities themselves, but the official loans backed by The Federal Reserve, having the ol' fraud behind it from the getgo, which in turn collapsed these nations who were forced to default on the notes, multiply that the world over and you can see what we are facing: a second and third world in a perfect setup for the karma of nature to either help or hinder with a double edge on the same sword--these countries are aware of this fraud and how the old American system collapsed their countries in a scam of a scandal, which was worsened by the aid sent in by the UN, which had the Hg Thimerosal bearing vaccines and GMO seeds, which was like wetting the bottom of the bag they were left holding.  And then on the other hand you have a good many of the upper and middle upper classes of these nations well to do with the modern facilities that were built such as electrical power stations at the damns and electrical lines and modern plumbing systems and roadways, who in turn are in a precarious situation being the only ones benefiting from these projects which costed more than a fortune, leaving them materially and so energetically and so spiritually responsible for the implosion of their country, making them a huge juicy target for the starvation, collapse and bedlam which has unfolded around them.

Moving into these countries with Thimerosal detox and heirloom non-GMO seed programs would right the lower classes immediately, then with the monkey off the upper class' backs, we could be listened to at the table when we talk about how The Fed has left us at a perfect opportunity to come together once more and allow bygones to be bygones.  We could go in, do these big jobs with all the new stuff, do it right, make it monster-jumbo, be out in less time and on less expenditure than the projects of the last generation at three times the size, maybe more.

The projects are endless, and so are the options for our government to prosecute Dark Net terrorism in these countries that has crept up in them during our Secessionary absence from stewardship, it being federally constitutional going without saying over the hedges.
