Fast-Track Education Program for Amputees and Disabled

There are few things worse than wasting desperation.  A desperate man can move mountains. So why not let them do so?

Allowing disabled individuals like the deaf, blind, dumb, amputees and palegics access to a fast track education program in order to accelerate their plights would serve society better and in turn help to alleviate overall public costs of social security.
